NAIS25 Conference in Munich: We are pleased to announce that the NAIS25 Conference will be held as a two-day event in Munich, Germany, on September 29-30, 2025. This timing coincides with the world-famous Oktoberfest, offering a unique and vibrant setting for scientific exchange and networking opportunities. The conference will feature an engaging program with keynote lectures, interactive discussions, and ample opportunities to connect with peers in the field of Nucleic Acid Immunity.

NAI Session at Cytokines 2025: NAIS will host a dedicated Nucleic Acid Immunity session at the prestigious Cytokines 2025 Conference in Seattle from November 2-5, 2025. This collaboration offers an excellent platform to share insights and foster interdisciplinary connections in the broader context of cytokine research

Students and Postdocs: 250€
Academic: 400€
Industry: 650€
NAIS Member Discount: -50€

Prices include VAT, on site participation, and catering. Prices do not include accomodation.

Registration Guide
Online Registration Form: Register by submitting your information in this online form. Upon registration, you will receive your invoice at the email address provided. Registration is considered complete once payment is confirmed by the NAIS coordination team.

Special Procedure for Limited Spots: We are now releasing a contingent of 20 places. These spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once these 20 places are filled, any additional registrations will automatically be placed on a waiting list. Registrants on the waiting list will be notified as soon as it becomes clear that more places can be made available.
We kindly ask for your understanding that, due to limited space, participation must be managed in this structured manner.
Considerations: Registrations of Invited Speakers and Organizers will be handled by our coordination team. TRR237 Members please register with the TRR237 coordinator. NAIS Members please select the respective member option during registration to receive your discount. And we welcome new NAIS Members who will be eligible for discounts starting in 2026.
Registration Confirmation: Your registration is considered complete only after full payment has been received. Confirmation details will be sent to you via email. Please note that payment confirmation is a manual process and may take several business days to finalize.
Payment Options: Registration fees can be paid via bank transfer. Alternatively, credit card payments and other options are available through Stripe. Please note that additional fees apply to Stripe payments, as detailed on your invoice. The conference currency is Euros.
Cancelation Policy: A cancellation fee of 20% applies if you cancel your registration up to 30 days before the conference. After this deadline, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Registration Desk: During the conference, please visit the Registration Desk, which will be open before the morning sessions and during breaks. Here, you can sign in, collect your name badge, and address any conference-related inquiries or issues.
Abstract Submission Guide
Template: Download the Abstract template (.xlsx) here. For alternative formats, contact contact@nai-society.com.
Submission: Email your abstract to contact@nai-society.com with "NAIS25 Abstract Submission" in the subject line by the deadline of July 31st, 2025.
Requirements: Include the complete information for the main and additional authors (name, affiliation, email). Provide a clear title and an abstract of a maximum of 250 words for the text body.
Presentation Preference: Indicate if you prefer a short talk, poster, or both.
Publication: Abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book unless an embargo is specified.
Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to all authors within a week. If not received, please contact us.

Additional Considerations
Conference Language: The official language of the conference is English.
Letter of Invitation: We are happy to provide a letter of invitation for your participation in our Conference. Please send your request to contact@nai-society.com well in advance. In your request, kindly indicate any specific information you need included and whom the letter should be addressed to.
Visa requirements: EU citizens do not need a visa to enter Germany. Non-EU citizens should check if they require a visa, as some countries have visa-free access for up to 90 days. If a visa is needed, apply for a Schengen visa at the nearest German embassy. We recommend verifying visa requirements with official sources, as we do not guarantee the accuracy of this information.
